WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Process Equipment Operator, we rely on you to operate Ruby Mill equipment, which includes different circuits which aid in the separation process and include: ball mills, spirals and float. Knowledge of industrial machine operation and minor equipment maintenance is important to ensure that garnet production is maximized. You are dedicated to excellence, so pride yourself in being detail-oriented and meeting and/or exceeding our world-class quality measures.

• High school diploma/GED
• Track record of safe work performance including an adequate understanding of safety rules and regulations
• Ability to meet the physical demands of an industrial environment including lifting, walking, climbing stairs, frequently lifting 55lbs and standing on concrete floors, etc
• Can read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Previous industrial experience is
• Willing and able to work up to 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and overtime

This position works a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, 4 days on and 4 days off; 5am to 5pm and 5pm to 5am.
