Job summary

3B DOZER SERVICE LLC in Hubbard, TX is seeking a Full Time Non-CDL Off Road Truck Driver to transport dirt, rocks, and equipment on-site, operating a dump truck and supporting the construction crew.

You will perform hand labor as needed, follow safety procedures, lift 50+ lbs, and coordinate with teammates to keep projects on schedule. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a non-CDL off-road dump truck or similar vehicle.
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift 50+ lbs outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Load, haul, and dump materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment at designated locations.
• Safely operate a non-CDL off-road dump truck, adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in good condition.
• Coordinate with other workers to ensure efficient workflow and material handling.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with government regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet project objectives.
