Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate or tend dozers and equipment with scoops/buckets to excavate and load materials.
• Move materials and equipment to and from construction sites.
• Keep the truck and equipment in good working order; report issues to supervisor.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance (oil changes, etc.).
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on site.
• Assist with site inspections and equipment checks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Dozer Operator operates or tends machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets, to excavate and load loose materials
• Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites
• Maintain the truck in good working condition
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am - 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
