Job summary

Morales Beverage Group of Florida is hiring a Sales Representative, Off-Premise for the Miami-Dade area. You will drive revenue, manage retail and off-premise accounts, and execute in-store programs with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include account management, merchandising execution, and daily travel within the territory to meet sales goals. Requires strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the industry preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs.
• Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across teams.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• 21 years or older; High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida driver’s license throughout employment.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Attendance at local meetings and local/occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail and off-premise accounts.
• Visit accounts to ensure merchandising standards and product placement.
• Execute brand programs, promotions, and schematics.
• Present and place new items, rotate stock, and manage POS materials.
• Negotiate shelf space and store-level promotions.
• Process store replenishment orders when applicable.
• Audit accounts and address issues promptly.
• Travel daily within territory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Drive incremental sales by introducing new products.
• Monitor inventory and forecast reorders.
