• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and external regulations including ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned.
