• Maintain store merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety policies, loss-prevention guidelines, and store SOPs, including ATF-related rules where applicable.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other duties as assigned.
