Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and Athletes and understand their needs to assist shopping with product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, including federal ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
