Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Off Bearer (Production Associate) for Downingtown, PA. The position offers a starting pay rate of $22.17/hour with weekly pay and additional shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The 2nd shift runs 3:00pm–11:00pm, and the role involves handling printed blanks, quality checks, palletizing, and basic press prep support. The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience, plus ability to read English safety

Qualifications

• Must have GED or High School Diploma.
• 1yr+ experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• The ability to read and understand safety protocols and equipment manuals written in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Picks up the required lanes of cut and printed blanks from the press delivery table
• Jog Blanks and inspects for cutting or printing defects and notifies operator when defects are present
• Stack blanks on a pallet to the required height
• Wraps full pallet with stretch wrap and places completed load tag on the pallet
• Moves full pallets of blanks with manual pallet jack or electric pallet jack to material handling staging area
• Keeps work area clean
• Assists with Make Ready on the press such as pulling cylinders, washing pumps, and changing gears
• Assist with Machine maintenance and cleaning
• Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervision such as strapping loads, emptying bins or stack4
