Novolex is seeking a warehouse associate to maintain a safe, clean work environment and accurately control inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role includes forklift operation and adherence to 12-hour shift schedules.

Key duties include receiving, storage, scanning, shipping, and accurate material movements. A high school diploma, basic math, forklift certification, and strong organizational skills are required, with familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform incoming trailer inspections as assigned.
• Read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety information, and packaging diagrams.
• Accurately control inventory throughout the entire process.
• Other duties as necessary.

Job Description

Compensation: $17 an hour - paid bi-weekly

Shifts Available: Days and Nights 2-2-3 schedule

Key Job Requirements

ADA Essential Functions

Must be able to:

• Work 12-hour shifts, standing and walking for extended periods.
• Climb approved ladders and movable steps.
• Heed safety warnings, devices, and alarms.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 65 lbs (two-person or mechanical assist required above 65 lbs).
• Possess adequate problem-solving ability and determine cause-and-effect relationships in office or manufacturing environments.
