Turner & Townsend is seeking an OFCI Supply Chain Director to lead a team of Project Managers delivering PM services on major Data Center programs. Based in the US, the role requires steering client engagement, market outreach, and high-quality project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and a track record of growing business with top clients in real estate, data centers, and industrial sectors. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Graduatedegree preferred in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering services on major Data Center projects.
• Oversee client communications and project management team services.
• Research construction market conditions and produce thought leadership reports.
• Lead strategic and operational management of Project Management Services with resource, financial, and business development responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership skills, experience leading aprojectmanagement team, ensuring they deliver on all accountabilities.
• Lead communications with the client and oversight ofprojectmanagement team services.
• Leadresearch related to construction market conditions, including analysis of official published data.
• Produce thought leadership reportsprovidingvaluable insights to theconstruction market
• Lead thestrategic and operational management ofProjectManagement Services in a variety of sectors, including resource planning and management,financialmanagement,businessgeneration and trainingand development.
• Set a clear strategy and ambition with the team in line withour Business Plan
• Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning,respectand inclusivity.
• Knowledge management – Ensure that key information andlearninggenerated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
• Process improvement – Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
• Quality Control – Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
• Develop priority plans including risk mitigation through internal tools, make performance measurements via Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and appraisal documents, management controls and critical success factors based on company goals
• Undertake internal BMS audits, and coordinate and represent the office for external audits undertaken by the external certification authority.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity with existing and new clients
• Identifyand act upon cross-selling opportunities.
• Participate in meetings with Senior leadership, Directors and staff and prepare and deliver presentations
• Financial Management–Using internalsoftware, track ongoing revenue,margin levelsand monthly fees andresourcerequirementsfor eachcost ,amahecommission.
• Preparation of proposals/RFP responses for new clients/projects.
• Attendrelevant networkingeventsand other promotional opportunities with directors.
• Support the training and mentorship of current staff and promotean upwardcareer trajectory.
• Proactivelypartnerwithtalent acquisition teamtoattract the best talent,actively manage resourcerequirementsand proactively plan forfuturestaffing needs.
• Be a role model that drives a one business culture that achieves great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, stakeholders, and society.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management,architecture,engineeringor field related to construction.
• Graduatedegree in construction management, architecture,or engineering is preferred.
