Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an experienced OFCI Manager to support data center construction projects. The role coordinates Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment, overseeing procurement, delivery, installation, and turnover on-site, while liaising with owners, vendors, and construction teams to maintain schedule and quality.

Based on a Field Operations setting, the position requires strong organizational skills, extensive on-site presence, and travel to project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably OFCI or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics, vendor coordination, and equipment installation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of OFCI equipment from procurement through turnover.
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and readiness for installation.
• Maintain detailed tracking logs and documentation for all OFCI items.
• Provide status updates and reporting to project leadership.
