  • Coordinate integration of OFCI vendor activities into commissioning plans and project schedules.
  • Support and oversee Level 2–Level 4 commissioning activities, ensuring systems are tested, validated and meet performance requirements.

  • Monitor and report on OFCI package performance including progress, quality metrics and issue tracking.
  • Support change management, variation assessment and programme impact analysis.

  • Experience managing or coordinating OFCI/vendor equipment across design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Strong understanding of MEP supply chain, including CFCI/OFCI delivery models and vendor integration.
  • Experience across project lifecycle including pre‑construction, coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Exposure to Level 3 commissioning and integration of vendor scope into project delivery.
