Responsibilities

• Assist superintendent and other project staff.
• Maintain accurate and efficient scheduling of crews.
• Observe operations and recommend safety and quality improvements.
• Lead and motivate the team to complete all phases of work.
• Provide general oversight of crew safety planning and ensure it is implemented.
• Assist project management to ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate engineering and layout needs in a timely manner.
