Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
  • Extensive Daubert/Rule 702 experience.
  • Science background (MD/MPH/PharmD/Epidemiology) required.
  • Experience in products liability litigation.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Supervise associates and collaborate with experts.
  • Assist with fact development and depositions.
  • Help develop case strategy.
