The role involves guiding strategy, supervising junior staff, and collaborating with experts. Qualified candidates have 8+ years of litigation experience at top firms, extensive Rule 702/Daubert exposure, and a background in products liability.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
Experience in products liability litigation.
Pharmaceutical and medical device industry experience is a plus.
J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.

Responsibilities

Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Communicate effectively with clients.
Supervise associates and collaborate with experts.
