The role involves supervising associates, developing case strategy, and coordinating with experts as part of complex products liability litigation across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Background in products liability litigation.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Supervise associates and collaborate with experts.
  • Assist with fact development and depositions.
  • Help develop case strategy.
