Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing skills, with extensive experience handling Daubert/Rule 702 motions in pharmaceutical and medical device matters.

Responsibilities include reviewing discovery, supervising associates, coordinating with experts, handling depositions, and shaping case strategy for complex litigation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in products liability litigation or related fields, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
• Background in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Supervise associates and collaborate with experts.
• Assist with fact development and depositions.
• Help develop case strategy.
