Jobot seeks an Of Counsel Attorney with 7-10+ years of insurance defense litigation to join our growing Texas team. The attorney will manage complex litigation from inception to resolution across trucking, construction defect, general liability, and personal injury defense, with ownership of depositions, motions, and mediations.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school, an active Texas Bar license, and brings strong deposition and case-management skills.

Competenze

• 7-10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Experience handling commercial trucking and transportation matters preferred
• Background in construction defect, general liability, and personal injury defense
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management experience

Job Details

We are seeking an Of Counsel Attorney with 7-10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience to join our growing Texas team.

This attorney will manage complex litigation from inception through resolution while handling a diverse caseload involving:

• Commercial Trucking & Transportation Defense
• Construction Defect Litigation
• General Liability Defense
• Personal Injury Defense

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of files, handling depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, participating in mediations, and working closely with clients throughout the litigation process. Trial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• 7-10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Experience handling commercial trucking and transportation matters preferred
