Qualifications
- Degree in finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong foundation in trading and execution concepts.
- Experience with FIX protocol and broker/venue integration.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing leadership.
- Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Research complex trading workflows and FIX behavior to design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product on feature design.
- Review requirements and provide feedback across development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and expand domain knowledge.
