Aspen Systems LLC, a leader in compact, energy-efficient cooling solutions, seeks an OEM Sales Engineer in Marlborough, MA (Hybrid/Remote). You will own the full sales cycle, target OEM accounts, and tailor cooling solutions including chillers and thermal management systems.

Requirements include 5–15 years of technical B2B sales, strong communication, and a mechanical/engineering background. This role offers performance-based incentives and a discretionary year-end bonus.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 15 years of technical B2B sales or applications experience.
• Solid understanding of thermal management principles and chillers.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing and closing high-value accounts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
• Experience managing contacts and opportunities in a CRM system.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Customer-centric, team-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Drive Sales and Key Account Management: develop and secure new OEM business opportunities across targeted industries and applications.
• Customer Qualification: evaluate and qualify prospective customers, both technically and commercially.
• Tailored Solutions: understand customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions using Aspen Systems' products.
• Collaborative Approach: work closely with the engineering team to translate customer needs into optimized product offerings.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing and post-sales support.
• Sales Forecasting: develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast to deliver revenue projections.
• Industry Engagement: represent Aspen Systems at client meetings and industry events.
