Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Observe and diagnose malfunctions following OEM guidelines.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain required parts.
• Save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Assess vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Operate tools safely and maintain dealership-owned equipment.
• Attend and complete assigned company training.
