Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Business Development.
• Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and opportunities to develop effective business strategies.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Flexible and resourceful in navigating changing market conditions and travel up to 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior and develop sales plans aligned with division targets.
• Identify and manage leads, convert them into opportunities, and maintain the pipeline.
• Conduct visits and meetings with customers to understand needs and demonstrate value.
• Manage customer grid and proactive planning using CRM and tools.
• Develop value quotes reflecting customer needs and unique selling points.
