ABL Recruitment in London is seeking an OEM Automotive Marketing Specialist to lead diverse marketing activities, from national campaigns to live events and partnerships. You will shape brand look and voice in the UK market, owning campaigns and coordinating with agencies and retailers.
You will report to the Senior Brand Manager and oversee ATL, digital, social and experiential marketing, with the chance to drive immediate impact in a growing passenger car brand.
Do you have a MARKETING background gained within automotive? This is a genuinely interesting and varied role in which you could be working on a national advertising campaign on Monday, reviewing creative with an agency on Tuesday, developing a sports or talent partnership on Wednesday, helping with a car launch or event on Thursday and analysing the campaign results on Friday. This role is a genuinely fun marketing role, and quite different from a conventional automotive marketing job. What makes it particularly interesting is that you will not simply be maintaining an established brand. This particular passenger car brand is relatively new and is growing rapidly, and the role is about helping shape how the brand looks, sounds and behaves in the UK market. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, be creative and make an immediate impact
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will support across the full marketing mix and funnel, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and creative execution across all touchpoints
This role is VARIED: One week could involve working with the creative agency on a national advertising campaign; another could involve a new-car launch, social/digital content, an event, retailer activation or a sports/talent partnership. The remit covers ATL, digital, social, CRM, retail and experiential marketing rather than one narrow marketing channel.
