Ferretti Search is hiring a Demand Planner (Original Equipment) in Charlotte, NC, hybrid role with in-office Tue–Thu. You will own the OEM demand forecast, lead reviews with customer supply chains, and translate constraints back to customers.

Expect to analyze large Excel datasets, collaborate across Sales, Supply Planning, and Operations, and support S&OP with visibility to leadership. A 3–5 year track record and APICS certification are valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in demand planning with forecast ownership.
• Excellent Excel skills on large datasets (pivots, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Direct, recurring customer interaction and confidence presenting data.
• Working knowledge of supply planning and inventory.
• Ability to work independently and own accounts within 30–60 days.
• OEM/manufacturing background or APICS certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the demand forecast and forecast accuracy for key OEM accounts.
• Lead forecast reviews with customer supply chain teams and question unexplained demand changes.
• Analyze datasets in Excel to spot trends, spikes and risks.
• Coordinate across Sales, Supply Planning, Operations and the global manufacturing team.
• Communicate shortages, constraints and inventory concerns to customers.
• Support S&OP and monitor inventory quality (excess and stockouts).
