OEM Account Manager - Fully Remote - SE Michigan

Job description: Growing sales and service company selling fluid systems products and services to industries such as industrial, commercial, manufacturing, gas exploration, biotech, power, and chemical/petrochemical. Seeking an outside salesperson who is a self-starter, motivated, take-charge, and eager to take on challenges. Will manage an existing book of business and aim to grow it.

Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial sales of industrial products
  • Strong ability to build customer relationships face-to-face
  • Consultative sales approach with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities and growth potential
  • Technical expertise to serve as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Degree: ME, ChemE, IE preferred; others considered
  • Experience with SAP B1 is a plus
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing as required for customer visits
