Job summary

Voxtron seeks an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to drive ERP implementations, analyze business processes, and configure system modules for client success.

You will engage in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and post-go-live support, with emphasis on Accounting/Finance workflows and cross-functional ERP modules.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant with strong experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, system configuration, and client-facing consulting.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or other comparable ERP solutions can also apply), along with good knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes and other core ERP modules.

Candidates with experience in any established ERP platform and a strong understanding of functional implementation are encouraged to apply. Odoo experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Strong implementation experience in Odoo.
• Configure ERP modules according to business requirements and industry-specific processes.
• Handle Accounting and Finance functional requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Understand accounting principles and map finance and accounting processes into appropriate ERP workflows.
• Configure and support relevant ERP modules such as Accounting/Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project, and other business applications.
• Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and implementation-related documents.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, user training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and resolution of functional requirements.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data migration, master data preparation, system configuration, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional support to clients and assist in resolving post-implementation issues.
• Advise clients on ERP best practices, process improvements, and effective utilization of ERP functionalities.
• Participate in presales activities, requirement analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation when required.
• Manage multiple client requirements and implementation activities while ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting, ERP Implementation, or Functional Business Analysis.
