Job summary

Lambda is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to oversee ODM/OEM relationships for data center hardware. You will manage end-to-end commercial negotiations, including master agreements, BOM cost transparency, and ramp commitments, ensuring cost, capacity, and schedule align with deployment plans.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to bring new platforms from concept to mass production, evaluating capabilities, and negotiating NRE and tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, ODM/OEM management, or related roles.
• Proven experience negotiating system-level agreements with ODMs/OEMs.
• Strong cost modeling, BOM roll-ups, and should-cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own ODM/OEM sourcing strategy for finished-goods portfolios.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations and contracts.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and quarterly reviews.
• Support new platform introductions and ramp planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain).
• Develop risk and supply-resilience plans.
