Job description

About Odin

Odin Labs, Inc. (“Odin”) is the workforce visibility and compliance platform powering the next generation of infrastructure. As demand accelerates for AI data centers, clean energy projects, and large-scale construction, Odin provides the operational backbone for real-time workforce tracking, credential verification, site access, and compliance management. We experienced more than 7x revenue growth from 2024 to 2025, and 2026 has already surpassed 2025 growth.

Odin’s growth is driven by rapid expansion and adoption of our software platform across complex, high-compliance construction environments. As we continue to see strong market momentum and a growth in complex construction programs, Odin is preparing for its next stage of scale.

About the Role

The Odin Ambassador I is a frontline, customer-facing role responsible for controlled entry, credential verification, visitor processing, and accurate site access documentation at assigned access points. This role is focused on the consistent execution of access procedures and the prompt escalation of issues that fall outside routine duties. The Odin Ambassador I does not own onboarding, advanced troubleshooting, or site leadership responsibilities.

Specific duties may vary by jobsite, client requirements, and operational need, but will remain within the scope of the employee’s assigned Ambassador level, the General Orders, and applicable jobsite post orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify identity and access authorization using Odin-approved methods, including badge, QR, biometric, or other approved tools.
  • Maintain accurate scan records, visitor logs, and other required access documentation.
  • Enforce site access procedures in accordance with General Orders, jobsite instructions, and post orders.
  • Process visitor entry in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Record manual access events only when authorized and when a documented reason is provided.
  • Escalate credential issues, unauthorized access attempts, safety concerns, system issues, and other exceptions through the appropriate channels.
  • Provide basic guidance to workers and visitors regarding access procedures.
  • Complete shift reports and other required reporting accurately and on time.
Scope of Authority

The Odin Ambassador I is authorized to perform gate coverage, credential verification, visitor processing, routine access documentation, and required reporting.

The Odin Ambassador I is not authorized to perform onboarding, platform configuration, independent site-level operational decision-making, or duties reserved for higher Ambassador levels.

If assigned to work alone at a site, the Odin Ambassador I may perform only Ambassador I duties. Solo assignment does not expand the role’s authority or responsibilities.

Limitations

This role does not include physical enforcement, detention, or use of force. All access issues must be handled through procedure, communication, documentation, and escalation.

Training and Certification
  • Must complete OSHA 10 training no later than 30 days after the start of employment and must upload the completion certificate to the employee’s Odin profile within that same 30-day period.
  • Must complete all company-required onboarding and role training before independent assignment.
  • Must complete any site-required certifications, equipment training, or operational instruction assigned by Odin or required by the client.
Performance Expectations

Expected to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, professionalism, accuracy in documentation, adherence to post orders, and sound judgment in escalating issues.

Advancement

An Odin Ambassador I may be considered for advancement to Odin Ambassador II after meeting minimum eligibility requirements, completing required training, demonstrating sustained satisfactory performance, and based on business need and management approval.

We're an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.

To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
