Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled CNC grinder operator to run OD/ID grinding operations and program advanced grinders. You will work with multi-tool setups and maintain precise measurements in a precision-driven environment.

Relocation assistance is available. Expect to collaborate with QA for final checks and to clock labor accurately for every job. A strong manual machining foundation is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC conversational programming.
• Experience setting up multi-tool grinding operations.
• Strong manual machining foundation.

Responsibilities

• Run OD/ID cylindrical grinding operations: between centers, chucking OD, and chucking ID.
• Operate and program advanced CNC grinders using conversational interfaces.
• Accurately record labor by clocking in and out on each job.
• Execute the scheduled job list issued by your supervisor.
• Partner with Quality Assurance technicians for critical measurements and final checks.
• Protect every customer part—minimal scrap is your standard.
• Consistently drive quality and efficiency in every setup and cycle.
