Job summary

Trustmark Bank invites graduates to join its new graduate development program in Jackson, MS. The twelve‑month program combines a leadership curriculum with hands‑on assignments to build a solid foundation in the financial services industry.

Participants gain 1:1 mentorship, participate in industry seminars, and contribute to community involvement while exposed to senior leadership. The program supports personal and professional development through OD interventions and program coordination with

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or related field.
Scheduled to graduate on or before May 2027.
Strong Excel skills including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Detail oriented, organized, analytical and problem solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex projects with urgency and adaptability.
Internship or prior work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Talent Development Manager with OD interventions and programs.
Contribute to career counseling, coaching and 360 assessments.
Coordinate program schedules across Emerging Talent, Development Associate, Interns and other programs.
