Earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology or Human Resources with an emphasis in Organizational Development a minimum GPA of 3.0 Scheduled to graduate on or before May 2027
Prior experience with Excel with an ability to learn Pivot tables, v-look ups, etc. Detail oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrated problem solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency, confidentiality, adaptability to change, innovation, tech savvy and results oriented Internship or prior work experience a plus Enthusiasm and genuine interest in developing a career with Trustmark and the financial industry
Must be able to start June 7, 2027.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
