Madison Medical and Sports Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in New Jersey. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy, development of individualized plans, and patient education in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehab specialists, and care teams.
• Develop customized treatment plans for orthopedic, neuro, and chronic care patients.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery tools.
• Participate in team meetings to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Track and report progress using the EMR system.

What You'll Do

• Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is a plus for holistic patient support.
• Experience working in diverse settings such as ICU, clinics, home health, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals facing disabilities and those on the autism spectrum.
