Job summary

Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group is seeking a hands-on laboratory tester to perform standardized tests, collect data, and ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs. You will document experiments, draft protocols, and support device packaging development for ophthalmic products.

Collaboration with engineers and adherence to QS requirements are essential for timely project delivery. The role requires a degree with related experience, English fluency, and the ability to work 40 hours per week in a lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Hands-on testing proficiency and ability to follow SOPs.
• Experience reading/writing in English and documenting tests clearly.
• Familiarity with equipment validation (IQ/OQ) and data analysis.
• Ability to draft protocols, reports and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized tests per SOP and methods.
• Maintain accurate data collection and equipment use.
• Analyze results, identify trends and summarize findings.
• Document experiments in lab notebooks and prepare technical docs.
• Draft test protocols and reports, route SOPs as required.
• Support design and development of packaging/devices for ophthalmic pharma products.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve test methods and performance.
• Contribute to CAPA inputs and investigate test failures as needed.
• Perform tasks under supervision and adhere to QS requirements.
• Ensure compliance within timelines and maintain quality systems.
