Job summary

Jobot in East Texas is seeking a results-driven Quality Manager to lead QA and control across OCTG production, ensuring API 5CT compliance and flawless products for our global customer base.

The ideal candidate has hands-on NDT and metallurgical lab experience, proven leadership in a production environment, and a relentless focus on process improvement, with relocation support to the Greater Longview area.

Qualifications

• API 5CT casing and tubing requirements knowledge.
• ASNT NDT Level II certification preferred.
• Experience leading QA teams in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage QA across multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality control for OCTG pipe manufacturing to API 5CT.
• Lead ultrasonic inspection, hydrostatic testing, and metallurgical lab testing.
• Supervise a cross-functional QA team.
• Monitor processes across buildings for real-time QA compliance.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Document and report for regulatory and customer specifications.
