Fluor Corporation seeks a Project Engineer, Overhead Contact System (OCS), to provide engineering leadership for 25kV AC railway electrification systems on the CAHSR program. The role covers catenary and related systems, coordinating with multiple interfaces across design, construction, and operations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering and 12 years of work-related experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure or registration, if required, may be preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to learn applicable statutes/guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and review OCS engineering deliverables, construction packages, technical specs and submissions.
• Lead review of OCS designs, wiring plans, structure layouts, electrification studies, and construction packages.
• Coordinate interfaces between OCS, traction power, trackwork, structures, signaling, and rolling stock.
• Provide engineering support during installation, testing, commissioning, and energization.
• Develop and review testing procedures, commissioning documentation, and energization programs.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and integrated testing programs.
