Summit Technologies, Inc. seeks a Functional Analyst II to support Operational Contract Support (OCS) lessons learned for the U.S. Army.

The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into insights that improve Army-wide capabilities. You will collect observations, conduct interviews with military personnel, input data into JLLIS, and develop surveys related to OCS operations to identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in military operations analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with JLLIS.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro (6+ years).

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document observations, insights, and lessons learned (OILs).
• Conduct interviews with military personnel and stakeholders.
• Input and manage data within Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS).
• Develop and analyze surveys related to OCS operations.
• Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF capability solutions.
• Support assessment teams and contribute to written recommendations.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership.
• Contract on-site manager.
