Job summary

Hive Group seeks an energetic Functional Analyst to review, analyze, and document OCS-related processes for CASCOM Headquarters in Fort Lee, VA. The role requires an active Secret clearance and 5+ years in a functional analysis capacity.

The candidate will collect data from operations, interview leaders, and manage surveys to produce actionable insights and DOTMLPF-P recommendations. Strong MS Office and JLLS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Functional Analyst role.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience using the Joint Lessons Learned System.
• Minimum of six (6) years' experience using Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience in data collection, analysis, and trend identification within military operations.
• Proven understanding of Operational Contract Support (OCS) frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from observations, insights, and lessons learned (OILs).
• Conduct interviews with leaders and staff regarding operational insights and best practices.
• Manage surveys: prepare, execute, analyze, and report results to COR and leadership.
• Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF-P solutions to leadership.
• Collaborate on Joint community trends and submit items to the Joint OCS Lessons Learned Manager annually.
• Develop learning demands and essential elements of analysis to enable focused collection efforts.
