Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a senior product manager to lead cloud networking initiatives for federal programs. You will develop strategic roadmaps, prioritize connectivity features, and drive cross‑team collaboration with clients and senior stakeholders.

A hands‑on leadership style and ability to mentor junior PMs are essential. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong background in government contracts, cloud networking, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Current CI poly within last 7 years.
• 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 16 years with HS Diploma; cloud networking experience.
• Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with government agencies or contractors in intelligence or defense is desirable.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, high reliability and redundant connectivity.
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills; Agile and cloud services experience.
• Experience with firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Product development/management: roadmaps, cloud networking features, and connectivity solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions and maintain documentation.
• Hands-on, ownership mindset; mentor junior PMs; deliver on time and budget.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years.
• Twelve (12) years of Experience with a Bachelors Degree or Sixteen (16) years with HS Diploma; significant portion of experience in cloud networking and Internet connectivity.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services.
• Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in development of products and/or management in development environment; build and implement product strategies aligned w/ OCO PMO’s vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize cloud networking features and connectivity solutions.
• Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation.
• Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with the team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are. Senior Product Managers guide and mentor less experienced product managers, collaborating to deliver products on time and within budget. They work with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable. AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications are highly desirable.
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking.

$100,000 - $180,000 a year

The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
