Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for cloud networking solutions. The role involves developing roadmaps, prioritizing connectivity features and guiding a team through delivery across multiple government contracting environments.

You will coordinate with clients, senior management and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior PMs and ensuring on-time, within-budget product outcomes. Maryland-based work locations are supported.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
• Requires CI poly within last seven years
• 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 16 years with a HS diploma; focus on cloud networking and Internet connectivity
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline
• Experience with government agencies or defense contractors is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, reliability and redundant connectivity
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills; familiar with Agile and cloud services
• Experience with firewalls, load balancers, VPNs and Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
• Experience in developing products/management in a development environment; build roadmaps and prioritize cloud networking features

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years.
• Twelve (12) years of Experience with a Bachelors Degree or Sixteen (16) years with HS Diploma; significant portion of experience in cloud networking and Internet connectivity.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services.
• Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in development of products and/or management in development environment; build and implement product strategies aligned w/ OCO PMO’s vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize cloud networking features and connectivity solutions.
• Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation. Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with the team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are. Senior Product Managers guide and mentor less experienced product managers, collaborating to deliver products on time and within budget. They work with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable. AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications are highly desirable.
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
