Job summary

Stefanini is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support a Global IT Service Management transformation in Nutley, NJ. The contractor will coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption across regions under the guidance of the OCM Lead.

The role emphasizes disciplined day‑to‑day OCM execution, collaboration with PMO, and alignment with regional teams and Accenture advisors. A strong focus on communications and readiness is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training coordination, PMO, or enterprise transformation.
• Hands‑on experience supporting a large‑scale technology implementation or digital transformation.
• Ability to create polished stakeholder communications, presentation materials, trackers, and status reports.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the GITSM communications and stakeholder engagement plan across regions and functions.
• Maintain stakeholder registers, calendars, audience segmentation, and engagement trackers.
• Draft leadership messages, project updates, emails, FAQs, announcements, and Go‑Live communications.
