Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Risk Management Analyst I to support the corporate Risk & Insurance Department in Lenexa, KS. The role focuses on OCIP/CCIP program administration, data management, reporting, and process improvement across branches and projects.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Safety, HR, brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate data for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in risk management, insurance, business or related field.
• At least 1 year in insurance, risk management, construction operations, or related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; data handling and basic reporting.
• Strong documentation, accuracy, and data quality focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• OCIP/CCIP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations through OCIP/CCIP lifecycle, including bid review and enrollment.
• Assist with enrollment, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with branch teams, owners, brokers, and admin staff.
• Maintain OCIP/CCIP project records in Box or approved storage.
• Track enrollment items, gaps, and audit requests to resolution.
• Assist audits and data validation for risk and insurance reporting.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for OCIP/CCIP activity.
• Support RMIS data entry, cleanup, and process documentation.
• Assist with annual insurance renewal and related audits.
