Job summary

CACI is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the USSS OCIO transformation program. You will translate complex technical changes into clear, engaging content across emails, newsletters, videos, and intranet posts to inform stakeholders and drive adoption.

You will craft executive briefings and training materials, coordinate messaging with engagement strategists, and ensure alignment with mission priorities while maintaining CACI branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Experience developing multi-channel communications (email, web, video, print, presentations).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted communications and awareness materials that articulate OCIO transformation objectives, impacts, and outcomes.
• Create multi-channel communications including emails, newsletters, videos, and intranet posts to raise awareness of OCIO capabilities.
• Translate complex changes into audience-appropriate language for operators, staff, supervisors, and leadership.
• Ensure communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with priorities across OCIO divisions.
• Maintain a Communications Calendar coordinating campaigns and messaging across initiatives.
• Plan communications timing aligned with milestones, training events, and readiness.
