Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience creating clear communications for diverse audiences including technical and non-technical.
• Experience developing multi-channel communications (email, web, video, print, presentations).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CMS/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted communications and awareness materials.
• Create multi-channel communications including emails, newsletters, videos, and intranet posts.
• Translate technical changes into audience-appropriate language for diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain a Communications Calendar coordinating activities and messaging.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and ensure messaging accuracy.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and enablement content.
• Support executive briefings, town halls, and leadership communications.
