Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking college students for a 2027 internship in New York City to join the OCIO teams and gain real-world experience. This paid internship (30-40 hours/week) provides administrative and project support across Client Services, Operations/Accounting/Finance, and the administrative team.

Responsibilities include assisting with client reporting, month-end close, audit support, and preparing client materials.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably with a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to NYC OCIO teams (Client Services, Operations/Accounting/Finance, Administrative).
• Assist with client reporting, month-end close and audit support, and client material preparation.
• Support day-to-day tasks including monitoring client correspondence and document handling.
• Participate in projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Contribute to meetings preparation and material development.
