Job summary

HB Wealth seeks an OCIO Client Service Associate to support outsourced CIO relationships and institutional client service. The role coordinates service activities, client reporting, and meeting logistics while handling account administration, cash movements, and onboarding tasks.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering top-tier client service in a fast-paced environment across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years in wealth management or related financial-services role.
• Excellent oral and written communication and client service orientation.
• Proficiency with CRM, portfolio-management tools, and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client reporting and meeting preparation for OCIO accounts.
• Assist with account openings, cash movements, and documentation with custodians and ops teams.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and investment committee sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and related systems.
• Support grant administration and foundation-related workflows as needed.
