Job summary

The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence is seeking a Stock Clerk (Disability Required) for the Central Issue Facility at Fort Drum, NY. The role supports OCIE issue, turn-ins, and exchanges, ensuring proper sizes and accurate records.

Responsibilities include inspecting items for cleanliness and serviceability, maintaining stocked issue bins, and assisting in inventories while upholding professional conduct. Must have US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supply regulations, procedures, and policies is desirable.
• Knowledge of regulations regarding identification, care, use and standards of cleanliness and serviceability of OCIE and equipment is desirable.
• Knowledge of inventory procedures is preferred.
• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Can perform occasional light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform issues, turn-ins, and direct exchanges to authorized customers. Verify correct sizes issued. Record quantities and sizes issued on OCIE records.
• Fit soldiers to proper sizes on certain OCIE items.
• Inspect each item issued or turned-in for cleanliness and serviceability. Keep issue bins stocked and areas clean.
• Display professional conduct and teamwork; assist in inventories.
• Perform other duties as required by contract.
