Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a senior finance professional to shape capital investment strategy and funding for a global infrastructure footprint. You will partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and Capacity Sourcing to support major investment decisions and financing strategies.

The role requires strong commercial judgment, deep financial analysis, and experience with large-scale infrastructure or financing transactions. This is a strategic, high-impact position located in Nashville.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking, project finance, capital markets, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience evaluating, structuring, or financing large-scale infrastructure investments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional stakeholder groups on complex transactions or investment decisions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with senior executives.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, hyperscale cloud, power and utilities, telecommunications, or adjacent sectors strongly preferred.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape how OCI evaluates, funds, and scales its global infrastructure footprint.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Capacity Sourcing and other partners on major investment decisions and financing strategies.
• Provide strategic financial leadership for large-scale infrastructure projects and financing transactions.
