Qualifications

US Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering or related field.
5+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud security, or related engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) including networking, compute, IAM, storage, security, logging, monitoring, and cloud-native services.
Strong knowledge of cloud networking incl. VCNs/VPCs, subnets, routing, DNS, security groups, firewalls, private endpoints, service connectivity, and hybrid connectivity.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management, authentication, authorization, least-privilege access, service identities, secrets management, certificates, and encryption.
Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OKE or comparable technologies.
Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code technology to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated builds, vulnerability scanning, logging, monitoring, and modern DevSecOps practices.
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, cloud, container, networking, IAM, and integration layers.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, secure, and maintain AI environments within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Adapt existing containerized applications for secured OCI environments.
Design and implement secure OCI networking including VCNs, private subnets, routing, NSGs, endpoints, DNS and connectivity.
Implement identity, authentication, and authorization using OCI IAM and related technologies.
Work with developers to adjust authentication/authorization and configurations to meet security requirements.
Ensure secure service-to-service communication between apps, AI services, databases, and enterprise resources.
Deploy and support containerized apps using Docker/Kubernetes/OKE/OCIR or equivalents.
Configure and secure AI access to approved LLM services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Apply least-privilege, encryption, secrets management, and other security controls across environments.
Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform to create repeatable, auditable cloud setups.
Integrate deployment with source control, CI/CD, security scans, and release processes.
Configure logging, monitoring, alerts, and dashboards; collaborate with cybersecurity teams.
Troubleshoot issues across app config, OCI networking, IAM, containers, and cloud infra.
Participate in architecture reviews and develop platform standards, Terraform modules, and docs.
Contribute to Agile/SAFe activities and production support.
