Job summary

Angry Chickz in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a friendly Cashier to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate transactions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience with a warm welcome and helpful menu guidance.

As part of the front-of-house team, you will handle cash and card payments, communicate special requests, maintain a clean counter, and assist in delivering a smooth customer experience, including weekends.

Your Role

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
• Bag and wrap to-go orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Attire
