Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Bar admission to state bar (CA or DC preferred).
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy in environmental law.

Responsibilities

• Litigate under supervision of experienced attorneys.
• Perform legal research and drafting of memos, briefs, and filings.
• Provide administrative advocacy and public comments on rulemakings.
